The Homeschool Classroom

The Homeschool Classroom (of Nyack, NY) is an educational nonprofit that provides a safe, supportive, and individualized learning classroom environment for elementary-aged children with a wide range of abilities, learning styles, and needs. For the past 15 years, we have supported families seeking an alternative or additional educational setting where their children can receive personalized academic instruction, social-emotional support, and opportunities to learn alongside peers with diverse strengths and abilities. Our small teacher-to-student ratio and individualized approach allow us to meet children where they are and help them build confidence, develop essential skills, and experience success while learning to understand and appreciate the differences in others.
