Gather Alaska Christian Homeschoolers Association (GACHA) is one of Alaska’s largest homeschool organizations serving families primarily in the Anchorage area while welcoming homeschoolers from throughout the state. The organization was created by homeschooling parents to provide encouragement, educational opportunities, and community for families choosing home education. Throughout the year, GACHA organizes homeschool co-ops, enrichment classes, educational workshops, field trips, service projects, dances, outdoor adventures, family events, and community outreach activities. Parents also benefit from networking opportunities, curriculum discussions, and support from experienced homeschooling families.
