ShepUp Performance Homeschool P.E.

ShepUp Performance Center offers a daytime Homeschool P.E. program for homeschool students in Rockwall, Texas. The K–6 program uses games, obstacle courses, fitness activities, and sports to help children improve coordination, balance, speed, strength, agility, body control, and overall confidence. Five-week units introduce new themes while building physical skills in an age-appropriate, social setting. The program gives local homeschool families a structured way to add physical education, athletic development, teamwork, and active peer interaction to the homeschool week.
