Alabama Nature Center Homeschool Program

The Alabama Nature Center Homeschool Program offers hands-on outdoor classes for students in Millbrook and surrounding communities. Classes meet twice monthly in small groups designed specifically for homeschooling families. Students explore wildlife, forests, wetlands, ponds, streams, outdoor skills, and animal science. The 420-acre campus includes trails, boardwalks, learning spaces, and the NaturePlex education facility. Separate groups serve preschool children, elementary students, teenagers, and older learners. Morning and afternoon sessions are available during scheduled homeschool semesters.
